What does this process look like?
Every new project will begin with an initial meeting with our client. There, our team will create an in-depth analysis of the client’s business goals and objectives. Our team will then conduct preliminary research before meeting with our client a second time to develop considerations for a strategic action plan. Next, our team will prepare and deliver an action plan. In a final follow-up meeting with our client, we will review the action plan and discuss implementation.
