About Allison
No one understands the risk and reward of the entrepreneurial journey like Allison. After stepping away from a successful career in corporate law in 2019, she started a virtual law firm and decided to offer services differently. She stayed dedicated to this disruption in the marketplace and was able to help hundreds of business owners protect their ideas and companies with accessible legal advice.
This journey allows her to bring so much more to the table than legal expertise. After working with so many businesses, she is excited to step into the consulting world. Her true passion lies in helping entrepreneurs and executives drive revenue, scale their businesses, and move forward with strength.
Q&A with Allison
-
I prefer to work with leaders of small and medium sized service-based businesses who are looking for an outside thought partner to help the company define and reach their goals.
-
The most common mistakes I see being made in business is failing to define business goals and then develop a practical plan for reaching those goals. This causes business owners to waste time and money on things that are not designed to add value to the company. Another common mistakes business owners make is entering into contracts without fully understanding the impact it could have on the business.

If we were to work together, we would start with a 3 hour initial strategic planning session to identify pain points, define goals, and develop an initial plan for reaching those goals.
